Landscape Design & Site Planning |
Utilizing state of the art technology to provide landscape design and site planning services, our staff has provided working designs for commercial and residential projects for over 25 years. Beginning with a site survey and client questionnaire, our staff captures the requirements and desires of each particular project.
With the latest in Computer Aided Design software, our staff produces a drawing set locating elements of the design and site layout. If plant and grass requirements are part of the project, a soil sample is submitted to the University of Tennessee Soil Lab for analysis. Utilizing sophisticated horticulture software we select plants suitable for the area and the specific site conditions of each project. We analyze site elements such as soil type, shade and sun conditions, soil compaction, and water requirements to provide an aesthetically pleasing and functional landscape design.
With an accurate landscape design and site plan, each project can be submitted for bid to as many landscape contractors as desired.
